Take a fun, educational look at the life of a Winemaker at Vintage.
Join Stomp Wines on Saturday 3 March, 11am (for an 11.30am start) to 3.30pm.
Begin your experience measuring grape ripeness and sampling our 2018 juices & ferments. From here we’ll be taking a look at what it takes to make the perfect blend, we’ll put your palates to the test & see if you can create our next blend.
After the hard work, in true winemaker style, we’ll relax with an alfresco lunch prepared by Chef Matt Dillow, live tunes by Mark Henderson & a glass (or two) of wine.
Of course, no Vintage experience would be complete without some training in the art of pigeage or foot stomping. So, after lunch, we’ll provide ripe, juicy grapes for you to stomp.
Dress – enclosed flat shoes (you’ll be outside), casual clothing (nothing too good, it will get dirty, particularly if you intend to practice your foot stomping), hat & sunscreen.
